Most people have heard of psychometric testing (even if they think that it sounds a bit daunting and are not quite sure what it is anyway) but few have probably yet heard of TetraMap. Traditional psychometric tools are not fun and are typically restricted to use by Human Resource professionals. The resulting assessments tend to pigeon hole people based on a single moment in time and so do little to develop an ongoing understanding. The benefits of TetraMap is it is different.
